F‌u‌r‌t‌h‌e‌r‌m‌o‌r‌e, t‌h‌e e‌f‌f‌e‌c‌t‌i‌v‌e‌n‌e‌s‌s o‌f s‌h‌o‌r‌t‌a‌g‌e c‌o‌s‌t a‌n‌d s‌e‌r‌v‌i‌c‌e t‌i‌m‌e o‌n o‌b‌j‌e‌c‌t‌i‌v‌e f‌u‌n‌c‌t‌i‌o‌n‌s i‌s e‌x‌p‌l‌o‌r‌e‌d i‌n t‌h‌e s‌e‌n‌s‌i‌t‌i‌v‌i‌t‌y a‌n‌a‌l‌y‌s‌i‌s s‌e‌c‌t‌i‌o‌n. وقوع بحران‌های طبیعی سبب ایجاد حجم وسیعی از تقاضا برای اقلام اضطراری مختلف در مناطق بحران‌زده می‌شود. پس از وقوع بحران یکی از مسائل مهم امدادرسانی، سرعت و کاهش زمان انتظار افراد آسیب‌دیده برای دریافت اقلام ضروری است. خون یکی از این اقلام است که نقش مهمی در حفظ حیات و سلامتی افراد حادثه‌دیده دارد. بنابراین طراحی یک شبکه‌ی زنجیره‌ی تأمین خون، که در کنار کاهش هزینه‌ها، به مسئله‌ی مهم کاهش زمان انتظار برای دریافت این کالای حیاتی بپردازد، لازم و ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. در این مقاله، یک مدل برنامه‌ریزی غیرخطی چنددوره‌یی ارائه می‌شود که در آن برای محاسبه‌ی دقیق زمان انتظار افراد آسیب‌دیده، از نظریه‌ی صف استفاده شده است. کارایی مدل پیشنهادی از طریق ارائه‌ی مثال کاربردی و تحلیل حساسیت پارامترهای مؤثر نشان داده شده است. https://sjie.journals.sharif.edu/article_21347_c56eb490500b7a3f2619a1c4b79fbc98.pdf
