T‌o t‌e‌s‌t t‌h‌e v‌a‌l‌i‌d‌i‌t‌y a‌n‌d u‌s‌e o‌f t‌h‌e p‌r‌o‌p‌o‌s‌e‌d m‌o‌d‌e‌l, t‌h‌e m‌o‌d‌e‌l i‌s a‌p‌p‌l‌i‌e‌d f‌o‌r a p‌a‌r‌t o‌f t‌h‌e T‌e‌h‌r‌a‌n m‌e‌t‌r‌o‌p‌o‌l‌i‌s a‌n‌d i‌t‌s r‌e‌s‌u‌l‌t‌s a‌r‌e p‌r‌e‌s‌e‌n‌t‌e‌d. اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی یکی از مهم‌ترین ارکان نظام سلامت و درمان یک کشور به شمار می‌آید. آگاهی از وقوع حادثه، اعزام گروه‌های نجات به محل، انجام اقدامات پزشکی اولیه و انتقال حادثه‌دیدگان به مراکز درمانی در کوتاه‌ترین زمان و در سطح کیفی مطلوب از اهم وظایف و اهداف اوراژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی است. تحقق این اهداف مستلزم برآورد صحیح از میزان و نوع حوادث، استقرار مناسب پایگاه‌های اورژانس، وجود تجهیزات کافی و افراد متخصص در پایگاه‌ها، مدیریت جامع و متمرکز بخشی و منطقه‌یی و ارتباط اطلاعاتی به‌روز با مراکز درمانی است. در این مقاله یک مدل برنامه‌ریزی عددصحیح غیرخطی، برای مکان‌یابی پایگاه‌های اورژانس با هدف کمینه‌سازی میانگین و انحراف‌معیار زمان خدمت‌دهیِ اورژانس، در یک منطقه‌ی مشخص و با لحاظ محدودیت‌های مربوط ارائه شده است. برای اعتبارسنجی و نحوه‌ی استفاده از مدل پیشنهادی، مدل مذکور برای بخشی از شهر تهران استفاده و نتایج آن شامل تعیین مکان پایگاه‌های اورژانس آورده شده است. https://sjie.journals.sharif.edu/article_21653_67016321e7cc6f3e22afdebe535629e0.pdf
