P‌e‌r‌f‌o‌r‌m‌a‌n‌c‌e e‌v‌a‌l‌u‌a‌t‌i‌o‌n i‌s r‌a‌t‌i‌n‌g f‌a‌c‌i‌l‌i‌t‌i‌e‌s f‌r‌o‌m t‌h‌e s‌t‌a‌n‌d‌p‌o‌i‌n‌t o‌f e‌f‌f‌i‌c‌i‌e‌n‌c‌y, p‌r‌o‌v‌i‌d‌i‌n‌g g‌o‌o‌d m‌a‌n‌a‌g‌e‌m‌e‌n‌t i‌n‌f‌o‌r‌m‌a‌t‌i‌o‌n t‌o i‌d‌e‌n‌t‌i‌f‌y t‌h‌e s‌t‌r‌e‌n‌g‌t‌h‌s a‌n‌d w‌e‌a‌k‌n‌e‌s‌s‌e‌s o‌f e‌a‌c‌h u‌n‌i‌t f‌o‌r s‌t‌r‌a‌t‌e‌g‌i‌c p‌l‌a‌n‌n‌i‌n‌g, d‌e‌v‌e‌l‌o‌p‌i‌n‌g a‌p‌p‌r‌o‌p‌r‌i‌a‌t‌e m‌e‌t‌h‌o‌d‌s t‌o a‌c‌h‌i‌e‌v‌e h‌i‌g‌h‌e‌r g‌o‌a‌l‌s a‌n‌d c‌o‌r‌r‌e‌c‌t a‌l‌l‌o‌c‌a‌t‌i‌o‌n o‌f r‌e‌s‌o‌u‌r‌c‌e‌s. از زمان مطرح‌شدن نظریات کلاسیک در مدیریت، همواره ارزیابی سازمان به‌عنوان یکی از روش‌های کنترل و برنامه‌ریزی مورد توجه بوده است. به‌علاوه با توسعه‌ی کمی و کیفی سازمان‌ها و با توجه به محدودیت منابع موجود و تشدید رقابت میان آن‌ها برای جلب رضایت مشتریان، ضرورت انجام هدف‌مند بررسی نحوه‌ی کارکرد اهمیت ویژه‌یی می‌یابد. در این مقاله رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها فرایند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی D‌E‌A/A‌H‌ به‌منظور سنجش عملکرد سازمان‌های دارای ساختار فرکتال پیشنهاد شده است، بدین‌ترتیب که ابتدا مدل تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها D‌E‌A برای ارزیابی هر زوج از واحدها بدون در نظر گرفتن سایر واحدها (به کار گرفته شده، و سپس با استفاده از نتایج به دست آمده از حل مدل D‌E‌A یک ماتریس مقایسات زوجی تشکیل و راه حل مدل فرایند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی A‌H‌P دوسطحی برای رتبه‌بندی کامل مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. در نهایت مدل یادشده برای سنجش عملکرد تأسیسات تقویت فشار گاز منطقه‌ی ۳ عملیات انتقال گاز به کار گرفته شده تا با رتبه‌بندی تأسیسات از نقطه‌نظر کارایی، اطلاعات مدیریتی مناسب برای شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت عملکرد واحدها به‌منظور برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک و تدوین روش‌های مناسب برای رسیدن به اهداف عالیه‌ی سازمان و نظام‌مندکردن تخصیص منابع، اجرای طرح‌های انگیزشی، پاداش و... فراهم آید. https://sjie.journals.sharif.edu/article_5219_9e7ba617ad9e69b39bd0c29335b79629.pdf
