M‌o‌r‌e‌o‌v‌e‌r, a‌n‌o‌t‌h‌e‌r i‌n‌n‌o‌v‌a‌t‌i‌o‌n o‌f t‌h‌i‌s s‌t‌u‌d‌y i‌s t‌h‌e v‌e‌r‌i‌f‌i‌c‌a‌t‌i‌o‌n o‌f t‌h‌e a‌p‌p‌l‌i‌c‌a‌t‌i‌o‌n o‌f t‌h‌e p‌r‌o‌p‌o‌s‌e‌d t‌e‌c‌h‌n‌i‌q‌u‌e i‌n a q‌u‌a‌l‌i‌t‌y m‌a‌n‌a‌g‌e‌m‌e‌n‌t s‌y‌s‌t‌e‌m, i‌n‌c‌l‌u‌d‌i‌n‌g i‌t‌s p‌r‌o‌c‌e‌s‌s. «طراحی و تحلیل آزمایش‌ها» یکی از قوی‌ترین و کاربردی‌ترین تکنیک‌های آماری موجود در بین مجموعه ابزارهای آماری مهندسی کیفیت است که از منظر فرایندی، با توجه به استاندارد ۹۰۰۱I‌S‌O که از سازمان‌ها خواسته است تا ویژگی‌ها و روند فرایندها و محصولات خود را به‌عنوان نتایج پایش و اندازه‌گیری ارائه دهند، قابلیت بسیار مطلوبی در تحلیل عملکرد فرایندها دارد. نوآوری اصلی این تحقیق در حوزه‌ی کاربرد طراحی و تحلیل آزمایش‌ها در سنجش اثرات عوامل مختلف سازمانی بر فرایندهای مربوطه در نظام مدیریت کیفیت است. موردکاوی مهم این تحقیق در سازمان صنایع دفاع و صنایع منتخب ده‌گانه‌ی آن است. در این تحلیل ملاحظه شد که ضرورت تغییرات بنیادین در مفاهیم برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و سبک مدیریت اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. روش صحه‌گذاری کاربرد اینتکنیک در مبحث فرایندی نظام مدیریت کیفیت، نوآوری دیگر این تحقیق است. https://sjie.journals.sharif.edu/article_5579_36f4d832825380f102846560a5104c90.pdf
