Ac‌o‌m‌p‌r‌e‌h‌e‌n‌s‌i‌v‌e m‌o‌d‌e‌l p‌r‌e‌s‌e‌n‌t‌e‌d f‌o‌r a‌n a‌c‌t‌u‌a‌l p‌r‌o‌j‌e‌c‌t i‌m‌p‌l‌e‌m‌e‌n‌t‌a‌t‌i‌o‌n i‌s d‌e‌s‌c‌r‌i‌b‌e‌da‌n‌d i‌t‌s r‌e‌s‌u‌l‌t‌s w‌i‌l‌l b‌e c‌o‌m‌p‌a‌r‌e‌d w‌i‌t‌h t‌h‌e s‌t‌a‌n‌d‌a‌r‌d m‌e‌t‌h‌o‌d‌s o‌f project managment. امروزه فضای پیچیده و پرابهام صنعت ساخت، عوامل فعال را ناگزیر به بهره‌گیری از ابزارهای نوین مدیریت پروژه و دانش روز دنیا می‌کند. این عوامل به‌دلیل گستره‌ی پهناور این دانش، بیشتر بر حوزه‌های کلیدی گریزناپذیر متمرکزند که این خود ضامن موفقیت‌های بیشتر خواهد بود. با هدف پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای مذکور، مدل یکپارچه‌یی از ارزیابی عملکرد و آنالیز ریسک، در قالب یک سیستم پشتیبانی تصمیم مدل‌محور و با هدف افزایش دقت، سهولت، کارایی و اثربخشی در هر دو مرحله‌ی برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای پروژه توسعه داده شده است. مدل پیشنهادی برای اهداف عملکردی پروژه (شامل: زمان، هزینه و...) متناسب با پروژه‌های مورد بررسی برای یکپارچه‌سازی ارزیابی عملکرد و مدیریت ریسک، با توسعه‌ی شاخص‌های مالی و تلفیق روش مدیریت ارزش کسب شده است. روش پیش‌بینی فیلتر کالمن ارائه شده در مرحله‌ی اجرایی پروژه، برای پیگیری روند پیشرفت، تحلیل ریسک و پیش‌بینی‌های آتی برای اهداف عملکردی، مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. https://sjie.journals.sharif.edu/article_5598_4b1961a4ca2f2af30fd203169779f918.pdf
