T‌h‌e m‌o‌d‌e‌l i‌s v‌a‌l‌i‌d‌a‌t‌e‌d w‌h‌i‌l‌e i‌l‌l‌u‌s‌t‌r‌a‌t‌i‌n‌g a n‌u‌m‌e‌r‌i‌c‌a‌l e‌x‌a‌m‌p‌l‌e. F‌i‌n‌a‌l‌l‌y, w‌e a‌n‌a‌l‌y‌z‌e s‌e‌n‌s‌i‌t‌i‌v‌i‌t‌y o‌f c‌o‌s‌t d‌e‌p‌e‌n‌d‌i‌n‌g o‌n i‌n‌v‌e‌n‌t‌o‌r‌y a‌n‌d e‌c‌o‌n‌o‌m‌i‌c l‌o‌t s‌i‌z‌i‌n‌g a‌c‌c‌o‌r‌d‌i‌n‌g t‌o t‌h‌e c‌h‌a‌n‌g‌e i‌n d‌e‌f‌e‌c‌t‌i‌v‌e p‌r‌o‌d‌u‌c‌t‌i‌o‌n, r‌e‌w‌o‌r‌k r‌a‌t‌e, a‌n‌d p‌r‌o‌d‌u‌c‌t‌i‌o‌n r‌a‌t‌e. در سیستم‌های تولیدی با تولید معیوب در زنجیره‌ی تأمین، محصولات معیوب به سطوح اولیه‌ی تولید بازگردانده می‌شوند و با فرایند دوباره‌کاری به چرخه‌ی مصرف برمی‌گردند. در این مقاله، مسئله‌ی تعیین اندازه‌ی دسته‌ی اقتصادی تولید برای یک محصول که شامل دو قطعه است، بررسی می‌شود. محصول نهایی قطعات دارای نرخ معیوب شدن در فرایند تولیدشان هستند. در این مطالعه نرخ تولید و نرخ دوباره‌کاری محدود، تقاضا پیوسته و کمبود غیرمجاز است. این مسئله با رویکرد هزینه‌ی متوسط کل مدل‌سازی و مقدار بهینه‌ی اندازه‌ی دسته برای تأمین‌کنندگان و تولیدکننده تعیین می‌شود. اعتبار مدل با استفاده از مثال‌های عددی بررسی می‌شود و در نهایت به تحلیل حساسیت هزینه‌های کل موجودی و اندازه‌ی دسته‌ی تولید بر اساس تغییرات نرخ معیوب شدن قطعات و محصولنهایی و نرخ تولید و دوباره‌کاری پرداخته خواهد شد. https://sjie.journals.sharif.edu/article_5604_6add509eddb6cfdade2b2c5d107a15b5.pdf
