Abstract

The increasing rate of competition and unrespectable changes in today's business world, make the organizations become as agile as possible, to exploit the best opportunities in obtaining the success of their organizational goals.
This capability helps them explore, adapt and report unanticipated changes, in order to get a better place in the competitive market, by improving the time cycle for managerial actions as rapidly as possible.
Agility is a set of capabilities and competencies that an organization needs to thrive and prosper in a continuously changing, unpredictable business environment. This paper first suggested a model for organizational agility and, then, evaluated the model by Principal Component Analysis (PCA).The final model contains different dimensions, which are: speed, responsiveness, flexibility, competency extension, improvement of products & services, and enriching the customer.
