Data Envelopment Analysis is based on measuring the efficiency of similar decision making units. The results of this analysis are not realistic due to different and uncontrollable circumstances for each decision making unit. Therefore, self-assessment (comparing the performance of a unit with itself in different time periods) is the best type of assessment in which the maximum stability condition is considered. Since the nature of some input or output variables occurs in uncertainty conditions, fuzzy criteria can be evaluated based on intuitionistic fuzzy information. The model of the intuitionistic fuzzy network data envelopment analysis is the proposed model, which is used in this study to self-assessment Moghan wire and cable firm as a network system. The results show that in the ranking of time periods, three periods of 4 (winter 1394), 3 (fall 1394) and 8 (winter 1395) were ranked first to third respectively.
The data envelopment analysis technique is one of the most comprehensive techniques for measuring efficiency and evaluating the performance of the organization. The crisp network data envelopment analysis (DEA) model calculates the system and process efficiencies in crisp environments. In real world problems, some inputs and outputs in network structures may be intuitionistic fuzzy in nature. This study develops an intuitionistic fuzzy network data envelopment analysis (IFNDEA) model to measure system and process intuitionistic fuzzy efficiencies in network structures. Therefore, this study has used intuitionistic fuzzy information to measure some linguistic criteria due to the vague environmental conditions. Studies show that the assumptions of all the techniques of data envelopment analysis have been based on evaluating efficiency of decision making unit (DMU) relative to each other. Different and uncontrollable conditions in each decision making unit can be one of the reasons for the low validity of the results of assessment. In measuring the efficiency using data envelopment analysis technique, primary assumptions of solving the model have been evaluating various options of decision making units (DMUs). However, in this study, DMUs are cutting time which is determined from a fixed decision-making unit.
