In this article, we are determined to clarify relationship between Economic Development, Businesses, Entrepreneurship and preconditions of its development. At first, about Economic Development concept and development trends in different countries will be discussed. Then, we give some explanations around business and its different types and will clarify its links with previous economic concepts. Afterwards, entrepreneurship concept and its relationship with Economic and Business Development would be discussed. Finally, factors and necessary preconditions for promotion of entrepreneurship culture, thought and motivation would be examined.
