The ways of servicing, preserving and repairing industrial machinery, systems and equipment are considered as necessary and fundamental problems in construction and industry sections. In other words, technical preservation of physical assets is taken into consideration. The scientific and programmed preservation and repair of industrial machinery, as well as modern world methods, directly affects profit, quality, direct cost production, reassurance, use and employment of these machines and, also, it is money-making.. But today, mechanized systems do not have the capacity of geospatial orientation, because they have a fundamental weakness in preserving and repairing those systems that are called reference geospatial oriented. Geographical systems of preservation and repair using GIS technology are the best way to solve these problems and weaknesses.
In this essay, the advantages of geographical systems over systems mentioned previously are stated, while these two systems are compared.
