This capability helps them explore, adapt and report unanticipated changes, in order to get a better place in the competitive market, by improving the time cycle for managerial actions as rapidly as possible.
Agility is a set of capabilities and competencies that an organization needs to thrive and prosper in a continuously changing, unpredictable business environment. This paper first suggested a model for organizational agility and, then, evaluated the model by Principal Component Analysis (PCA).The final model contains different dimensions, which are: speed, responsiveness, flexibility, competency extension, improvement of products & services, and enriching the customer.
