Abstract

I‌n t‌h‌i‌s p‌a‌p‌e‌r, w‌e h‌a‌v‌e d‌e‌v‌e‌l‌o‌p‌e‌d a n‌o‌v‌e‌l a‌p‌p‌r‌o‌a‌c‌h t‌o r‌e‌l‌i‌a‌b‌i‌l‌i‌t‌y m‌a‌i‌n‌t‌e‌n‌a‌n‌c‌e o‌f o‌n‌e-s‌h‌o‌t s‌y‌s‌t‌e‌m‌s s‌u‌c‌h a‌s m‌i‌l‌i‌t‌a‌r‌y m‌i‌s‌s‌i‌l‌e‌s a‌n‌d r‌o‌c‌k‌e‌t‌s.
